Our Story

A few years ago, Vision Pursue team members were tired of having insomnia and feeling dissatisfied, stressed, and irritable even while experiencing “success” in business and sports. Research shows that we were not alone. Stress and its related disorders are prevalent and growing. Many people escape stress through excessive drinking, eating, spending, and other distractions like social media and watching TV. They periodically try to change behavior to improve performance by seeking more knowledge, positive thinking, or setting new goals. Even if these changes work temporarily, they normally do not create sustainable change because they do not impact the source of stress and dissatisfaction. We have learned, and science has demonstrated, that to improve life experience, reduce stress, and positively impact performance, we need to retrain automatic thoughts and emotions. Once the mind is trained, productive emotions, greater satisfaction, and realized potential will follow.
