Our Story
A few years ago, Vision Pursue team members were tired of having insomnia and feeling dissatisfied, stressed, and irritable even while experiencing “success” in business and sports. Research shows that we were not alone. Stress and its related disorders are prevalent and growing rapidly.
Many people escape stress through excessive drinking, eating, spending, and other distractions like social media and TV watching. They periodically try to change behavior to get better results through seeking more knowledge, positive thinking, or setting new goals. Even if these changes work temporarily, they normally do not create sustainable change because they do not impact the source of the stress and dissatisfaction.
We have learned, and science has demonstrated, that to reduce stress, improve life experience, and positively impact performance, we need to retrain automatic thoughts and emotions, or mindset. Once the mind is trained, productive emotions, greater satisfaction, and realized potential follow.
